Welcome! I am a psychotherapist serving Hernando County and North Tampa, Florida. My approach to therapy is
collaborative and compassionate to help further understand and address
the concerns that led you to this site, likely in search of some relief
from the way you are currently feeling. All of us utilize coping
strategies, however when anxiety, depression, relationships and loss become overwhelming, it is often time to seek some
professional assistance. Together we will work to outline coping strategies to reduce current
distress, identify goals for therapy and
monitor progress on a regular basis through feedback and evaluation.
The challenges of daily living can lead us to feel as though we have lost the purpose in our lives. Perhaps you are in a high stress job that is unsatisfying, and ready for a rewarding career change. Once you are feeling some relief from the immediate concerns that
brought you to therapy, it may be helpful to continue to explore and
further understand relationship patterns you'd like to change.
No matter what reason you decided to begin a counseling relationship, I am passionately committed to whatever your life story may be. Therapy at its core will help you to uncover any thing that is blocking you from having a full rewarding life. I welcome all your unique differences in religion, lifestyle, culture and se habla espanol.
Telephonic counseling sessions are also available to Florida, New Jersey and New York residents.
